High-minded communications delivered simply and clearly

CEOs have effective plans, brilliant ideas, and paths for success that employee should follow. But too often, leaders leave employees scratching their heads, wondering what that path is, or what their director is trying to say. Too much MBA-speak. Like other internal communications, messages from the company’s director need to be clear, simple and written at a basic level that everyone can understand. Because if your employees don’t know understand your directions, how are they supposed to follow your path?
